Dear Member or Prospective Member,
The McDowell
Economic Development Association would like to request your membership in
this vital organization. The MEDA is the local agency responsible for the development
and retention of existing industry and the recruitment of new companies
that serve to diversify and improve the local economy.
The McDowell
Economic Development Association has sponsored its first Industry
Appreciation and Product Showcase event, has adopted a series of goals and
objectives to be implemented and worked with other local agency
representatives to initiate an Existing Industry Visitation and Strategic
Planning process.
Your
membership and your participation are needed.
There are three levels of membership and the Association is open to
all people. As a member, you
will receive a quarterly newsletter, an invitation to the Annual Meeting
and the opportunity to serve on the Board of Director’s.
Your membership funds are used for a variety of services directly
related to providing services to our existing companies and to assist with
the recruitment of new business and investment to our community.
